ReQuest

Can't find the book you are looking for in the WWML Catalog?  Try ReQuest!

Try searching the ReQuest Connecticut Digital Library Catalog.   On it, you are able to search for books by author, title, and subject from libraries located all over the state.  You may also place an Interlibrary Loan from the comfort of your computer to have the book sent to the Willoughby Wallace Library for you. 

INTERLIBRARY LOAN THROUGH reQUEST

1.  *IMPORTANT*:   Make sure the book is not available in the WWML Catalog and LION Library Collection.  Items will be ordered through the WWML/LION system whenever possible.

2. Login to Iconn.org's reQuest State Catalog by entering your WWML Library Card number.

3.  Search for your item, searching all the libary catalogs in the State of CT. 

4.  Click the link to the item that you would like to request.

5.  Look for the "Request This Item" button in the upper right-hand corner of the page and click it.  If there is no button, the item cannot be requested through reQuest.  Contact WWML at (203) 488-8702 for more information.

6.  Enter your WWML Library Card number, name, and phone number.  We will contact you when the book arrives.

NOTE: This service is only available to WWML Library Card holders.  If you have a library card with another library, please contact that library for information on how you may be able to place reQuest holds from home.
