Maintenance:
Sandy spoke to Selectman Opie on excavating underground wires, paving and relining the road, dismantling or repairing the Summer House, raising curbs and the need for benches at the dock. We will wait and see what the town is going to do and then proceed with the unfinished work.

Sandy will approach Janice at Public Works with the suggestion to share the cost of repairing forty blocks in the sidewalk on School Street. Sandy will get back on this issue.

Selectman Opie will talk to the owner of the Stony Creek Post Office on the issue of a permanent Bathroom facility in this building. Another option will be to look into constructing a facility in Bayview Park. Bayview Park does have the room to install a holding tank for this project. Stan Fisher will locate plans from a previous meeting on this subject and review. There are advantages to house the facility (bathrooms) at Bayview Park because it is Town Property.

The Stony Creek Post Office drop-off box has been vandalized. It will be reinstalled.

No one has applied for the job as Dockmaster for the Stony Creek Dock.

Administration: Letter was sent to Santa thanking him for his many years of faithful service.
The question was asked, if the town would pave Squawbrook Rd the same time that the dock was done? Selectman Opie will be asked if this can be done.

Old Business: Ron DeFord will get back to the Board concerning the letter he received on town wide revaluation from the Pine Orchard Executive Committee.

New Business: Stan Fisher wanted it known that he did not write the article published in the New Haven Register on the Thimble Islands.
Jay Brown will be called to discuss the job done on the sidewalks.

Other Business: None

A motion was made/seconded and unanimously approved to adjourn the meeting at 8:37 P.M.

Respectfully submitted,

Susan M. Torre
Secretary
