A meeting of the Stony Creek Association Executive Board was called to order by Nina Smith, Clerk, at Willoughby Wallace Memorial Library at 7:35 p.m. on Tuesday, March 7, 2006.

Minutes: A motion was made/seconded and unanimously approved to accept the minutes of the February 7, 2006 meeting with the following correction: Jonathan Waters did not attend the meeting concerning the Queach Property Proposal.

Tax Collector: Jake reported that the cost has gone up to $43.00 to file a tax lien.
Legal & Zoning: Application for variance on 11 Ridge Road to rebuild existing porches and to add on 92 square feet in total for both levels. No action to be taken.
Police & Traffic: The stripe on the road needs to be repainted. The load and unload area at the dock needs to be repainted also. The committee will meet and discuss the ’Yield to Pedestrian’ sign. A motion was made/seconded and unanimously approved to replace the Holly Lane sign at the expense of the association.
Maintenance: The benches at the dock need to be installed. The curbing on Leetes Island Road needs to be replaced by the State. David Baker will write a letter with his concerns about the speed on Leetes Island Rd. and mail it to Dan Bullard who is on the Police Commission.
The buoys have been ordered for the beach area. The Life Guard schedule will be the same as last year.
The Public garbage pick-up will start in April.
Administration: The budget for 2006-2007 was reviewed and changes were made accordingly.

Other Business: It was suggested to put the update on the Public Toilets on the April agenda.
