Executive Board Meeting
March 4, 2008

A meeting of the Stony Creek Association Executive Board was called to order by Vice President Marvin Zimmerman at Willoughby Wallace Memorial Library at 7:35 p.m. on Tuesday, March 4, 2008.

Present: Marvin Zimmerman-Vice-President, Greg Ames-Treasurer, Jake Greenvall-Tax Collector, Bob Babcock, Dottie Leachman, Ron DeFord, Dan Bullard, Stan Fisher

Absent: Sandra Fischer, Peter Brainerd-President, David Baker, Michael Infantino, Nina Smith-Clerk.

Minutes: Motion was made/seconded and carried to approve minutes of February 2008 as sent.

Police & Traffic: No report.

Maintenance: A subcommittee of the Board met with representatives of the Parker Park Commission on February 20. They will report on it at the next Board meeting.

Administration: No report.

Old Business: As follow-up to last month’s Legal and Zoning discussion about improving notification concerning proposed construction and when appropriate opposing or restricting it, Stan Fisher gathered information about how the Association might form an historic district or otherwise have its own zoning ordinances. He has given the materials to Nina, who will distribute them to Board members.
