A meeting of the Stony Creek Association Executive Board was called to order by President Peter Brainerd at Willoughby Wallace Memorial Library at 7:40 p.m. on Tuesday, May 3, 2005.

Minutes: A motion was made/seconded and unanimously approved to accept the minutes of the April 5, 2005 meeting.

Legal & Zoning: No new requests.
Police & Traffic: Three new signs have been ordered.
Maintenance: 1. Dumpster at the dock about April 23rd. for garbage pick up.
2. Bayview Park has been cleaned. Did a great job. The port-a-pottie needs to be reset on the concrete pad.
3. Electricity at the dock has been pulled through, waiting for cable and the telephone company.
4. Roads have been cleaned and sidewalks swept from Post Office to Bayview Park. Swept Lewis Memorial Fountain and cleaned ready for planting of flowers.
5. All posts and signs are in, must be installed. Another sign is missing at School St. and Leetes Islands Rd.
6. Sidewalks will cost about $8,750.in repairs. A motion was made /seconded and unanimously approved to do the sidewalks repairs.
7. Reminder to Alex (Rec. Dept.) to drop sand at beach, to install buoys and to turn on drinking fountains.
8. Graffiti on the Summer House floor. To be looked at and possibly be able to sand floor to remove.
9. Two pot holes need to be filled in. Board members were asked to call and request that they be taken care of.
10. Sandy requested to get checks to pay the youth for their cleanup work as completed. A motion was made/seconded and unanimously approved for Sandy to pay the workers as work is completed.
Administration : Election will be held on July 11, 2005. First meeting of the New Year will be held on July 12, 2005.
Nominating Committee: Dan Bullard, Jake Greenvall, Sandy Fischer, Bob Babcock, Berclee Cameron
Old Business: Bob Babcock will get flowers for Gail Ferris to plant at the Post Office. Tom Coville will get back to the association with an answer concerning the Public Bathrooms.
No report on the grant for the Bathrooms at Bayview Park.
Sewers-only people hooked up should be offset of taxes and this will happen in 2006. The Special Meeting Date is Tuesday, June 7, at 7:30 p.m. before the monthly meeting. Nina will put the legal notices in the paper for the Special and Annual Meeting. Nina will also call Kathy DaRos to be election moderator.
