A meeting of the Stony Creek Association Executive Board was called to order by President Peter Brainerd at Willoughby Wallace Memorial Library at 7:37 on Monday, June, 14, 2004.

PRESENT: Peter Brainerd, President, Marvin Zimmerman, Vice-President, Jake Greenvall, Tax Collector, Dorothy Leachman, Sandy Fischer, Ron DeFord, Bob Babcock, Doug Denes, Nina Smith, Clerk

ABSENT: Gregory Ames, Treasurer, Dan Bullard, Gail Ferris, Noel Jackson

PUBLIC: 4

Sandra Fischer read the names of Nominees for 2004-2005.

President Peter Brainerd asked for any names to be solicited from the floor. Ten Board Members will be elected.

OTHER BUSINESS: Bills to be paid were submitted by Nina Smith.

Church of Christ – Youth Group $200.00
Riccio Construction-sidewalks $3,562.50
Postmaster-election-bio’s-stamps $157.25
Total $3,919.75
A motion was made/seconded and unanimously approved to pay the bills.

It was mentioned that the Audit and Profit & Loss Statement should be completed by the time of the election.

It was noted that other association members have been cutting back their hedges because so much attention has been given to the right of way for pedestrians.

Bob Babcock wrote a letter/was approved by the President and mailed to the owner on Thimble Isls. Rd. concerning the additional cutting back of the hedges from the sidewalk.

Meeting was adjourned at 7:42.
