A meeting of the Stony Creek Association Executive Board was called to order by President Peter Brainerd at Willoughby Wallace Memorial Library at 7:42 p.m. on Tuesday, June 6, 2006 after the Special Meeting.

Slate of officers was present and one name was added to the list: Maura Page. A motion was made/seconded and unanimously approved to accept the slate. This meeting was closed at 7:42.
Regular Meeting Continues at 7:42.
Minutes: A motion was made/seconded and unanimously approved to accept the minutes of the May 2, 2006 with the following corrections: Legal and zoning-no action taken on any of the above, drain at the Post Office was repaired, flowers will be planted and planting will be done at the Veterans Memorial, repaving at Thimble Islands Rd, minutes were approved as amended.

Tax Collector: Two taxes are unpaid. If not paid, Jake will apply for liens.
Legal & Zoning: No requests.
Police & Traffic: Is it possible to add one more parking space on Indian Point Rd. near the fire hydrant? Eliminate the parking space near the Boating Assoc. and have the sign read ”loading and unloading only”. Change two of the parking signs at the dock to read “ Compact cars only”.
Maintenance:
1. David Baker checked the screws on the street signs above the train bridge and Tim Barry checked all the screws on the street signs below the train bridge.
Administration: The Presidents letter was sent out to all Association Members. A thank you letter was sent out to Van Wilgen’s Garden Center for the gift certificate to the Association. The Annual Report was received by the Town.
Peter received a letter from Darrell Petit with his recommendation for the repairs to the Lewis Memorial Fountain. He suggested that Shelly Brothers do the repairs. A motion was made/seconded to have the repairs done.
Old Business: Stan Fisher contacted the First Selectman’s Office and scheduled a meeting with Selectwoman Cheryl Morris concerning the Grant for the Toilets at Bayview Park.
New Business: 1. The Treasurer will need his audited year end report to hand out at the SCA election.
A motion was made/seconded and unanimously approved to adjourn the meeting at 8:31P.M.
