A meeting of the Stony Creek Association Executive Board was called to order by President Peter Brainerd at Willoughby Wallace Memorial Library at 7:39 p.m. on Tuesday, July 8, 2003.

Minutes: A motion was made/seconded and unanimously approved to accept the minutes of the June 3, 2003 meeting.

Legal & Zoning: No report.
Police & Traffic: Dan will make a follow-up call concerning the painting of lines. Janice stated the budget has been passed and the lines should be painted soon. We also need to ask to have the Dock Master replaced. It was suggested to write a letter to the Police Commissioner concerning the street lines and the Dock Master. The letter will be sent for the Monday, July 14, 2003 meeting. A motion was made and seconded.
Maintenance: Sandy’s report was given by Nina Smith.

3. Two (2) port-a-potties at Bayview Park and one(1) at Maderia Park (needs cleaning)
4. Lifeguards started on July 1st.
5. Clean up at dock, fountain and beach front going well. Two (2) 14yr. olds working 1-1 ½ hr. each Monday and Friday mornings.
6. Garbage pick up continues to be a problem. Put a request into Peg Hall for extra days. (Especially at dock and beach).
7. Grass very high at railroad overpass (both sides) also, at Bowhay corner.
8. Missing sign at Linden Point . This should be replaced at the corner of Ells house. Will contact the town about covering the cost.
9. Stan Fisher will call for cleaning of the fountain at Bayview Park
Administration: A motion was made and seconded to set the mill rate at $.10 per thousand

New Business: Town meeting of the Pipeline Hearing is the same date as SCA Meeting. A motion was made and seconded to change our meeting to Monday, August 4, 2003. This Pipeline Hearing is a very important meeting and all resident should attend. Anyone wishing to speak at this meeting should register at 6:00p.m. Meeting starts at 7:00.p.m.
