A meeting of the Stony Creek Association Executive Board was called to order by President Peter Brainerd at Willoughby Wallace Memorial Library at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, September 4, 2007.

Minutes: A motion was made/seconded and unanimously approved to accept the minutes of the August 7, 2007 meeting with the following correction: it is ABC-LERS.

Police & Traffic: 1. Met with the new Police Chief, would like to put more Police on bicycles
full time. Installing more lights in town
2. Stan Fisher will research getting a constable on bicycle for the peak months in the summer.
3. Boating Association wrote a letter in favor of installing a light at the dock.
Maintenance:
1. Need some supplies: 2 new brooms and mulch. A motion was made/seconded and unanimously approved to spend up to $100.00 for these items.
2. Sidewalk on Leetes Islands Rd. should be started soon.
3. Flowers on sidewalk should be cut back at the corner of Bowhay Hill and Thimble Islands Rd.
4. Repairs needed on sidewalk damaged by truck at Leetes Island Rd. and School St.
5. West Haven resident wrote a letter to the Association concerning the condition of the toilets in Madiera Park.
A motion was made/seconded and unanimously approved to send a letter to the RTM moderator concerning the use of the toilets.
Administration: Notices for Stony Creek Village Tag Sale were sent to the newspapers.
