A meeting of the Stony Creek Association Executive Board was called to order by President Peter Brainerd at Willoughby Wallace Memorial Library at 7:38 p.m. on Tuesday, October 6, 2003.

Minutes: A motion was made/seconded and unanimously approved to accept the minutes of the September 2, 2003, with the follow correction: The special district tax report was received, was completed and mailed.

Tax Collector: Tax Collector will be sending out second tax notices.
Legal & Zoning: Request for a variance on 305 Thimble Isls. Rd., one wing of the building needs to be rebuilt.
Police & Traffic: The town is ready to install the signs, they will place them near the telephone poles. There is a missing street sign on Long Point Rd. The compact car signs will be moved. The signs needs to be replaced on Buena Vista Rd. The side roads are done with the exception of the curbing. The yellow line needs to be painted on the new black top on the upper part of Thimble Isls. Rd.
The shrubs need to be cut back away from the sidewalks in many areas. A list of the areas that need to be addressed on this issue will be listed. Should the association take action and send letters informing the owners that this is a problem, obstruction of the sidewalks? We will check to see if we have the legal right to do this.
Need signs at the Stony Creek Market, Beach and “No parking between signs”. Thimble Isls. Rd. also needs to be repainted yellow. Sandy and Nina will look into this.
Maintenance:
1. The buoys need to be taken out of the water at the beach.
Administration: A bid and insurance was received from the DaRos Co. A motion was made and seconded to accept the bid from the DaRos & Co. Inc.

New Business: A tree has been donated for the green this year. Nina will call Sue and follow up on the arrangements.
