A meeting of the Stony Creek Association Executive Board was called to order by President Peter Brainerd at Willoughby Wallace Memorial Library at 7:40 p.m. on Tuesday, November 7, 2006.

Minutes: A motion was made/seconded and unanimously approved to accept the minutes of the October 3, 2006 meeting with the following corrections: Under Maintenance, change the name from Janice Plaziak to The Town, also under #5 eliminate the sentence’ the town will clean the area to allow for drainage’.

Police & Traffic: 1. The request to improve signage went to the Police and Traffic Committee.

Maintenance:
1. Riccio Const. Co. will try to complete the sidewalks before the Pageant.
2. Lewis Memorial Fountain has been cleaned, more work is needed.
3. The Town will take a look at the puddle along side of Bayview Park.
Administration: Nina will call Michael Infantino.
New Business: The Board will review what it would like to be included in the Town of Branford Budget at the December meeting..
Dottie Leachman will help with the arrangement for the Tree Lighting at the Memorial Triangle.
Old Business: 1. DaRos Inc. sent in a proposal with proof of insurance for the snow removal with a price of $46.50 pr. hr./and $25.00 pr. hr. for special sanding. A motion was made/seconded and unanimously approved to accept the bid.
2. The Quarry Lease Meetings are going well. The terms seem to satisfy the community and Doug Andersons needs. Financial terms are being negotiated. No importation of anything. However, this is still a concern.
3. Peter asked, if the Board Members felt that their concerns be put in writing concerning the Quarry Lease or is representation enough at these meetings? Those attending the meeting feel that the decisions are being made in the right direction. All Board members were encouraged to attend the next meeting.
4. Stan Fisher will send copies of the Toilet Facility project to the State Representatives after the election.
5. Mark Dudley spoke about the Seaside Hall Restoration project. He explained why the State Grant was not accepted. To many complications concerning the Grant were placed on the project, and therefore they were loosing control of what needed to be done.
A motion was made/seconded and unanimously approved to adjourn the meeting at 9:05 P.M.
