A meeting of the Stony Creek Association Executive Board was called to order by President Peter Brainerd at Willoughby Wallace Memorial Library at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, November 5, 2007.

Police & Traffic: 1. The new police chief will be here on Dec. 6th at 7:00. It was suggested to mail all association members a postcard of this meeting.

Maintenance: Snow Removal-DaRos Co., Inc. contract was received at $46.50 per hr. and for special sanding $25.00. Contract awaiting approval+ with an additional directors’ approval.

New Business: None

Other Business: Bruce Gullins attended the meeting to inform the association that the Puppet Theatre is trying to use the building for more plays and less band performances. It is his hope to become a better neighbor in the community.

A motion was made/seconded and unanimously approved to adjourn the meeting at 8:15 P.M.
