A meeting of the Stony Creek Association Executive Board was called to order by Peter Brainerd- President at Willoughby Wallace Memorial Library at 7:40 p.m. on Tuesday, December 5, 2006.

Police & Traffic: 1. The garages, which have been converted to office space at 214 Thimble
Islands Rd. can be parked in front of. It’s a public road and the use has
changed.
2. Illegal parking at the end of Thimble Islands Road: this has been turned over to enforcement.
3. Parking in front of SC Market and west side of park: turned over to enforcement.
4. Repair of curbing and yellow striping: turned over to Public Works.
5. Squaw Brook Road: the Commission approved the posting of a “NO PARKING HERE TO CORNER” sign. Referred to Public Works.
6. Parking spaces near the SCBA,we believe this was done by the Town.
7. Additional signage is needed on Leetes Island Rd. for trucks stating,”Low Bridge Ahead”.
8. Sign for beach stating” No Boats On Beach”, this will be addressed in the Spring.
9. “Yield to Pedestrians” sign is needed on Leetes Island Rd. and School Street.
Maintenance: Stan is in contact with Terry Elton concerning the Grant for the Public Bathrooms at Stony Creek.
Administration: Directors were asked to look over the Budget and get some ideas to be considered at the January Meeting.
Old Business: Concerns related to the operation at the Stony Creek Quarry. Ron DeFord will draft a letter from the Stony Creek Association to the Administrive Services Committtee addressing the concerns of the Stony Creek residents relating to the operations being done at the Quarry.
New Business: None.
