Old Business: Post Office update: The town is in talks with the owner of the building about the price of the building and future plans. Question: Is the keeping of the Post Office important to the SCA? Also, the town has an obligation to the residents of Stony Creek to have permanent restrooms.
New Business: 1. A resident living near the Fire House is concerned about the Cell Tower that is going to be attached to the building. Talks are on- going with the Town.
2. The sidewalks and the planting near the sidewalks need to be checked.
3. The last Strategic Plan that was done was in 1995. This plan should be reviewed. Also, we can look at the Town’s Strategic Plan.
4. Add to the agenda for April 2010-trimming of planting overhanging the sidewalks.
5. Add to the agenda for September 2009- the discussion of the Post Office.
A motion was made/seconded and unanimously approved to adjourn the meeting at 9:25 P.M.
