2. 2 and 3 Prospect Hill Rd. (aka 306 Thimble Islands Rd.) A motion was made/seconded and unanimously approved to have Marvin Zimmerman and Ted Ells attend the Zoning Board of Appeals meeting on Tuesday, January 19, 2010.
Police and Traffic: Police Chief DeCarlo and Four Police officers introduced themselves. A report was handed out on the police activity in Stony Creek from Memorial Day thru Labor Day. All areas from total calls, larcenies, vandalism, drug related cases, and liquor violation have decreased in Stony Creek due to the police activity.

Administration: Ron will E-mail about the Cell Tower meeting.
Old Business: Cell Tower:
Pam Rackliffe and Ted Ells met with two lawyers concerning the Cell Tower. Their rate is $250.00 per hr. with a range from $1,500 to as much as $20,000 for services to represent the SCA. A motion was made/seconded and unanimously approved for the SCA to pay up to $1,500 towards the Lawyer’s preparation for the hearing.
New Business: Mike Alexander spoke briefly about having continued boat service for the Islanders. The Thimble Island Association does not have the means to purchase the service. Is there any help that the SCA can give concerning this issue? He thanked the association for allowing him to speak on behalf of the Islanders.
Dan will send out a Thank your note to Phil Brencher and Sue for their continued service to the community in the setting up of the Christmas tree for the lighting ceremony.
