Get a library Card:

Do you live in Stony Creek?  Area residents may obtain a free library card with proof of residence and an ID.  If you live in another part of Branford you may also get your James Blackstone Memorial Library card here at Willoughby Wallace Memorial Library.  Children under 12 must have a parent or guardian’s name on the card.  Library cards are valid for three years. Your Willoughby Wallace Memorial Library card can be used at any public library in Connecticut.

Borrowing Policy:

Most books, audiobooks, DVDS, CDs and magazines are loaned for a period of three weeks.  Some new bestsellers are loaned for fourteen days and new DVDs are loaned for seven days.  Most items may be renewed once if no other patrons have placed any holds on them.  You can renew easily in person, online, by text or by calling us at 203-488-8702.

If you cannot locate an item in our LION catalog email or call the library staff to borrow from the Connecticut statewide catalog.
